Account Manager – Event Logistics Location: Aylesbury Salary: Up to £33,000 (depending on experience) Please note - there may be occasions where out-of-hours calls are required. These are not frequent but candidates should be comfortable with this aspect of the role. What you'll be doing: * Liaise with clients daily from enquiry through to event completion * Prepare quotations and presentations in line with market trends and pricing * Negotiate budgets and quotes with clients and suppliers to protect margins * Manage high volumes of information across calls, emails, and documentation * Multi-task across multiple events while meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations * Organise and deliver event logistics including equipment, transport, travel, and admin tasks * Oversee admin support and freelancers on a day-to-day basis * Attend events and site visits (sometimes out of hours) * Provide on-call support via phone/email during events, including evenings and weekends * Communicate daily with internal teams (warehouse, finance, health & safety, etc.) * Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business What you'll bring: * Solid customer service or client-facing experience. * Ideally – previous experience gained in, or knowledge of, logistics / warehouse operations. * A strong desire to learn the ins and outs of account management and logistics. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Highly organised with attention to detail. * A proactive, problem-solving approach. * Strong technical abilities and IT skills * The right attitude: Hard-working, adaptable, and genuinely keen to contribute. * Flexibility to be available out of hours to answer calls Why join this team?
