About the role As the school's EAL Lead Tutor you will: Be responsible for the learning and achievement of EAL pupils in ensuring equality of opportunity for all and being accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct. Set high expectations for all learners. Deliver lessons to groups or individual students. Assist in the preparation and delivery of work programmes to groups or individual students, in particular the delivery of EAL interventions.
