We are looking for an excellent EAL Lead Tutor to join our team at Malcolm Arnold Academy. About the role As the school's EAL Lead Tutor you will: Be responsible for the learning and achievement of EAL pupils in ensuring equality of opportunity for all and being accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct. Set high expectations for all learners. Deliver lessons to groups or individual students. Assist in the preparation and delivery of work programmes to groups or individual students, in particular the delivery of EAL interventions. Permanent, 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year About our Academy At Malcolm Arnold, we ensure that all colleagues are able to draw on the sources of scholarly authority and reservoir of thought and practice that have been developed within their specialist areas. This involves engagement for colleagues with their wider education community through CPD.
