This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigator to handle complex intermediate and multi-track cases while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of Fast Track and Intermediate Complex Credit Hire matters independently Supervise, train and support junior team members Draft and file court documents and lead negotiations Ensure compliance with procedural standards and deliver high-quality client service Requirements: Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent experience) Circa 4 years' experience handling high-value litigated Credit Hire claims Minimum 18 months' experience supervising or mentoring others Strong negotiation, organisational and communication skills Demonstrable ability to manage cases from instruction through to resolution Client Base: Leading insurers Claims handlers Self-insured organisations Why Join?
