Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cleaning Account Manager located in Teeside/Durham area The Cleaning Account Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of cleaning contracts, ensuring service delivery meets client expectations. Responsibilities include managing and scheduling cleaning staff, conducting site visits, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role also involves monitoring budgets, stock levels, and training personnel to maintain high service standards.

* Strong organisational and time management skills to manage schedules, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive client relationships and lead teams effectively.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the cleaning industry.
* Experience with staff management, including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
* Prior experience in a cleaning or facilities management role is preferred.
* Competency in using standard software tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
* A valid UK driver’s license and the ability to travel locally between client sites as needed.
