Do you love working with children? Are you ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact every single day? Vision for Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Ivybridge.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Leading small group sessions and whole-class lessons
2. Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND
3. Working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences
4. Helping to create a warm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
5. Experience working with primary-aged children
6. Confidence supporting pupils with SEND
7. A team player with a caring, proactive attitude
8. Someone who’s passionate about helping children thrive
9. A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent)
