Job Description
An established company in the commercial and industrial flooring industry is seeking an experienced Project Contracts Manager to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Resin and Microcement flooring systems, strong project coordination skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet with clients onsite and remotely to understand project requirements
* Conduct site surveys and complete site audit reports in our system
* Recruit and schedule fitters; manage workloads through simPRO
* Collaborate with the estimating and operations teams to ensure seamless project setup
* Organize plant/equipment hire and material purchasing
* Deliver Toolbox Talks and oversee on-site safety and performance
* Track progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth delivery
* Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams
Requirements:
* Experience in commercial/industrial flooring
* Strong knowledge of Resin and Microcement flooring systems
* Full, clean UK driving licence (required)
* Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
* Comfortable working independently and across multiple active sites
* Experience with simPRO or similar scheduling software (preferred)

* Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
* Office-based in Basildon with daily travel to sites across the region
