Responsibilities
* Analyse client business processes, operations, and performance to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop strategic recommendations and actionable solutions to help clients achieve business goals.
* Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to support consulting projects.
* Prepare clear, professional reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.
* Lead and support project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
* Assist clients with implementation of strategies, including change management and process improvement.
* Monitor project outcomes, evaluate success, and suggest adjustments where necessary.
* Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in management consulting.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop consulting frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
