Responsibilities:
* Build Relationships: Connect with commissioners, professionals, clients, and family members.
* Rota Management: Ensure smooth operations by managing care schedules.
* Adaptability: Respond efficiently to day-to-day changes in care packages.
* Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to our clients.
* Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of dedicated care workers.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure service users receive the right care in line with their assessed care package.
* Administrative Excellence: Process client referrals and documentation for field staff.
* Compliance: Maintain high standards with all office systems and processes.
* On-Call Duties: Be ready to step in on a rota basis
Requirements:
* Experience: 1 year of care coordinator experience.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in IT packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Problem Solver: A positive, can-do attitude with a knack for solving problems.
* Team Player: A good knowledge of community care services and a willingness to lead by example.
