Job Description
As Head of Private Sector Marketing, you will develop, optimize, and execute marketing strategies to enhance our reputation, strengthen customer relationships, and support revenue growth within the sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns aligned with our business objectives. The role demands a deep understanding of customer marketing, campaign management, ROI measurement, and stakeholder reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead sector strategy across multiple campaigns, working with stakeholders to meet revenue targets, increase engagement, and expand the customer base.
2. Act as a business partner, proactively planning and reporting to sector and marketing leadership.
3. Develop customer-centric value propositions and solutions, leveraging alliances and partners as needed.
4. Apply an Account Based Marketing (ABM) approach (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) for personalized customer experiences.
5. Conduct market research and sector analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and pain points.
6. Provide insights into customer opportunities for cross-selling and marketing initiatives.
7. Manage sector marketing activities including events, campaigns, research, deal marketing, partner marketing, awards, content, and executive engagement.
8. Monitor progress, identify deviations from plans, and report on timelines and budgets.
9. Manage budgets proactively for campaigns and sector marketing efforts.
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology services.
* Experience executing ABM initiatives and sector campaigns with measurable impact on pipeline growth.
* Knowledge of the private sector customer landscape is preferred.
* Experience with AI tools for efficiency is desirable.
* Strong understanding of sector marketing trends and customer behavior.
* Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, especially with commercial units.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
* Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines.
* Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
