This super welcoming family are looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced nanny to look after their 1-year-old son until Mid November 2026.
The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment while supporting the child’s developmental milestones. He loves to sit and look at books, go to soft play and be outdoors, exploring his environment. He is walking so it is a fun time for him and he is enjoying being mobile. The parents are happy for you to take him to local groups to support his socialisation.
Your duties will be all child related, planning and engaging in fun and stimulating activities at home and outdoors, taking him to the zoo, parks, ensuring his development needs are being met. You will be expected to prepare healthy snacks and meals for him and follow his established routines for sleep, meals and play times, providing a safe environment with high quality care.
If you are a warm, patient and engaging Nanny who has experience of this age group and a good knowledge of child development, enjoys providing a fun environment for a child to learn and thrive in this could be the position for you.

* This is a Fixed term position.
* Location of the job: Thornbury
* Minimum experience Level for this job: Minimum 2 years in childcare

* Details of any qualifications needed for this job: Level 3 in childcare or above is preferred but not essential
* Days of work: 2 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday)
* Hours of work: 8am-6pm

* Pets in the home: 1 dog (Labrador Springer cross)
* Driving required: Essential, with own car
* Pay: £18 gross per hour
