We’re searching for a motivated individual to join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant within the R2R market—supporting and placing recruitment professionals into leading agencies across the UK, Europe, the U.S., the Middle East, and beyond.
Salary: £22,000 – £28,000 basic (depending on experience) / OTE: £50,000 – £70,000+ in your first year, with generous uncapped commission (no threshold).
What you’ll be doing:
🔹 Identifying and engaging top recruitment talent globally
🔹 Developing strong, long-term relationships with agencies across international markets
🔹 Consulting with clients to understand business goals, culture, and hiring needs
🔹 Matching skilled candidates with roles where they’ll excel and grow
🔹 Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including interviews, offers & negotiations
