Your role involves offering personalized advice, explaining product benefits, and engaging customers to find solutions that fit their lifestyle.
Responsibilities
* Learn and understand our products, many of which are sourced ethically through Community Trade programmes.
* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products from our range of 2,000 vegetarian and vegan options.
* Support store management by contributing to sales and profit targets through exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
* Interest in connecting with customers to drive engagement.
* Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
