Key Responsibilities:
Assist the class teacher with delivering lessons and supporting classroom activities.
Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with diverse learning needs.
Support students emotional, social, and behavioural development, promoting positive behaviour.
Help with the preparation and organization of classroom resources and materials.
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
Assist with the planning and implementation of activities that engage and challenge students.
Support students during breaks and lunch periods.
About You:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their best.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to supporting childrens learning.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
An understanding of how to support children with varying learning needs.
