Supply Chain Planner Supervisor

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
* 5+ years of supply chain experience in the manufacturing industry.
* 2+ years of supervisory.
* Proficient in production scheduling.
* Hands on IQMS ERP system experience.
* Analytical and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the Master Production Schedule, shipping/receiving, and the warehouse.
* Manage and lead a team by driving optimal performance expectations.
* IQMS superuser
* Collaborate cross functionally which includes the engineering, sales, and marketing teams on products and services.
* Manage inventory controls which includes phase in/phase out, ensuring efficient levels, and cycle counts.
* Provide innovation and guidance on standardized processes systems to ensure production improvements.
* Create purchase orders, manage delivery and quality issues, and participate in vendor audits.
