Join Our Team as a Trainee Customer Care Advisor
We're on the lookout for a passionate Trainee Customer Care Advisor to become part of our small but mighty team at Young Writers.
At Young Writers, our mission is to inspire a love for creative writing among children of all ages. We collaborate with schools in both the UK and USA, giving pupils the exciting opportunity to participate in our termly writing competitions and see their work in print.
Providing exceptional customer service is at the heart of what we do. Most of the people you'll be assisting will be parents and teachers of children being published. Your role will be to resolve their queries with a friendly, first-time-right approach.
We're not a call centre, so there's no timing your toilet breaks Instead, we focus on finding someone who truly cares about going above and beyond for customers, is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and is keen to progress through our development pathway to become a Senior Customer Care Advisor.

* Responding to customer queries over the phone and via email
* Updating customer accounts and handling admin tasks using our bespoke CRM system
* Staying informed about our competitions, procedures, and company updates to deliver the best service
* Carrying out general administrative duties
* Supporting other areas of the Young Writers department as needed
