Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Carrying out day‑to‑day repairs
* Fault finding
* Completing annual servicing visits
* Meeting first‑time fix targets
* Maintaining high‑quality standards
* Focusing on customer satisfaction
* Attending jobs on time and notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays
Required Qualifications
* Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
* Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
* Experience within social housing desirable, but not essential
* Experience delivering high levels of customer service
* The ability to work with a diverse customer base
