Brook Street Social Care is working urgently with a valued client to recruit a Registered Manager (RM) for a children's residential service in Liverpool. This home supports children aged approximately 7-17 with emotional behavioural difficulties and work towards therapeutic care. What We're Looking For: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children and Young People (CYP) Proven experience managing children's residential homes Must have a solid understanding and track record of working with children and young people who have come from a background of trauma Confident leadership to guide the home, staff team and young people in care Salary & Bonus Package: Base salary: £56,000 up to £60,000 plus joining fee and Ofsted bonuses Why This Role?
