About the Role
The Brand Change and Innovation Digital Project Managersitswithin our Global Brand Change & Innovation (BC&I) Operations Team in the Global Technical Function of Supply Chain & Procurement. This role is central to transforming how we work, using digital solutions to simplify manual processes, enhanceefficiencyand improve business Key Performance Metrics.
Themissionof the roleis to scope, lead,embedand measuredigitally-ledprocess enhancements across BC&I, ensuring that every solution delivers scalable value and measurable impact. You will drive innovation, uncover opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, and embed smart, data-driven ways of working.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Digital Innovation & Pipeline Leadership
1. Identifyand shape opportunities fordigitally-enabledprocess improvements, building a strong pipeline that drives efficiency, accuracy, and improved Right First Time (RFT%) performance.
2. Lead ideation of new tools and capabilities, evaluating emerging technologies such as AI agents, automation, and advanced analytics to unlock new ways of working.
3. Build compelling business cases for automation, partnering with stakeholders toprioritiseand sequence delivery based on value and feasibility.
Process Automation & Solution Delivery
4. Deliver end-to-end automation solutions, focusing oneliminatingrepetitive tasks and improving accuracy.
5. Oversee digital project execution from scoping to deployment, ensuring solutions are intuitive, stable, and embedded effectively.
Data-Driven Performance & Insight
6. Lead the development and interpretation of data-driven insights to guide decision-making and improve KPIs.
7. Establish measurement frameworks to track success and enable continuousoptimisation.
Systems Architecture & Collaboration
8. Shape system architecture and process design in partnership with D&T EA teams and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader platforms such as Voyager and Michaelangelo.
9. Act as the key digital interface across BC&I, gathering requirements, sharing best practice, and ensuring solutions are scalable and compliant.
Embedding Change & Continuous Improvement
10. Drive adoption of new tools and technologies, supporting teams with training and engagement throughout implementation.
11. Continuously refine digital solutions based on user feedback, performance metrics, and evolving technology opportunities.

About You
We are looking for a proactive and digitally savvy professionalpassionate about using technology and data to transform how teams work, simplify and streamline processes, savetimeand enable more data-driven decisions.
Ideally, you will experience/knowledge with the following:
12. SME in Digital AI Tools, Automation,Exceland Power Platform (Power Apps & Power BI), with strong digital literacy
13. Experienced in coaching and upskilling teams to increase data competency and embed smart, data-driven ways of working
14. Skilled atidentifyingopportunities for process improvement, building businesscasesand delivering scalable automation solutions
15. Proficient in leading end-to-end digital projects, from scoping and ideation to deployment and continuousoptimisation
16. Strong in data interpretation, KPI dashboards and generating actionable business insights to drive performance improvement
17. Experienced in process data mapping, root cause analysis and ensuring data accuracy and validation
18. Cloud collaborationexpertiseacross M365, SharePoint and Teams, supporting seamless stakeholder engagement
19. Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, able to influence and drive adoption of innovative solutions
20. Passionate about challenging current ways of working,leveragingAI,automationand advanced analytics to unlock efficiency gains
