SEMH Support Assistant – Ferryhill PRU (Specialist Setting)

We’re working with a specialist SEMH PRU in Ferryhill looking for a Support Assistant to help pupils rebuild trust, confidence, and a sense of stability.

What you’ll be doing
• Supporting pupils with SEMH needs day-to-day
• Using behaviour strategies to keep things calm and consistent
• Helping pupils stay engaged with learning
• Offering emotional support when it’s needed most
• Working closely with teachers and support staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
