Our client, a successful and expanding retail business based in Cheltenham, is currently seeking a Sales & Customer Operations Supervisor to join their team on a full‑time, fixed‑term maternity cover contract. Qualifications
* Previous experience within a retail, showroom, customer service or sales environment
* A proactive and customer‑focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
* Experience supporting, mentoring or coordinating a small team within a busy customer‑facing setting
* Good organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Responsibilities
* Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the showroom and customer service function
* Providing expert guidance and assistance to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions
* Coordinating customer orders, appointments, deliveries and follow‑up communications
* Assisting with team scheduling, coaching and performance support to ensure excellent service standards
* Maintaining an attractive showroom environment and ensuring company procedures are followed consistently
Our client is offering the successful Sales & Customer Operations Supervisor an hourly rate of approximately £13.82 per hour, plus benefits including staff discounts, holiday allowance and the opportunity to work within a supportive and established retail environment.
Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 9:30am - 5:30pm, with a weekday off when working Saturdays.
