Role Overview
Our pharmacies offer a range of frontline NHS services, including emergency prescriptions and Urgent Care. The successful candidate will provide NHS and Private services, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and show empathy. Safety, leadership, teamwork, and compliance with company SOPs and GPhC guidelines are essential.
Responsibilities
1. Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
2. Delivering NHS and private healthcare services.
3. Managing pharmacy operations and team leadership.
4. Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and professional standards.
5. Engaging with colleagues to improve service quality.
6. Supporting the Pharmacy Practice Manager in achieving KPIs and performance targets.
7. Providing excellent customer care and patient support.
Working Rota
Week 1: Saturday 09.00 - 21.00, Wednesday 09.00 - 21.00, Friday 09.00 - 18.00
Week 2: Wednesday 09.00 - 18.00, Thursday 09.00 - 21.00, Friday 09.00 - 21.00
Candidate Profile
* Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
* Experience in NHS and private healthcare services.
* Excellent customer and patient care skills.
* Leadership and team management abilities.
* Ability to meet business targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
