You’ll manage your own caseload of Motor Injury, Fraud, Credit Hire, or Casualty claims, support Partners on higher‑value matters, gain courtroom experience, and contribute to the growth of a talented team.
The role
* Manage your own files across Motor and Casualty litigation
* Review and analyse documents, liability, quantum and causation
* Draft advice, pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
* Attend court and work alongside counsel
* Liaise with clients and supervise junior team members
What you’ll bring
* Litigation experience welcomed; Motor Injury/Fraud or Casualty exposure desirable
* Strong analytical, forensic, and communication skills
* Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively
