Shift patterns
* 12 days on 2 days off (work 12 days, weekend off and continue)
* 6 days on 1 day off
* Part‑time over 4 days – shift patterns of Sat‑Tue or Thurs‑Sun
* High‑speed operative vacancies (night shifts) require a 12AB Lantra qualification

Role Overview
As a Traffic Management Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow on highways and construction sites.
* Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems
* Safely directing traffic during roadworks, events, and emergencies
* Collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations
* Upholding a people‑first culture and contributing to a fresh cultural change program
Requirements
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Flexibility to work shift patterns as listed above
* Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points, held for more than 10 months
* Within 40 minutes driving distance from depot
* Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g., Lantra 12AB, 12D M1/M2, or Unit 2 – desirable but not essential)
