Role Overview
Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, you will support the Store Manager in managing your store to maximize profitability through the retail plan; driving sales, managing costs, and delivering our brand through visual merchandising. Creating a fun and inspiring atmosphere aligned with our brand and culture, you will support team development while maintaining high standards according to company guidelines.
Role Responsibilities
* Leading by example and demonstrating high standards of behavior to maintain brand integrity
* Driving and modeling customer service standards to exceed expectations
* Training, coaching, and developing your team, supporting appraisals and performance reviews
* Analyzing financial data and using local/industry knowledge to maximize sales and support commercial decisions
* Ensuring store operates within budget through effective scheduling, cost control, and productivity
* Planning and organizing to implement the retail plan successfully
* Communicating with Head Office to influence stock management
* Adhering to procedures related to cash, stock, health and safety, security, and loss prevention
* Executing visual merchandising standards, including sales and new season launches
* Complying with all policies, legal obligations, and GDPR confidentiality requirements
* Taking on store responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager
