Head of Business Development, Birmingham City Centre, GBP 90,000+ (DOE)
This senior, influential role supports all service lines, sectors and offices across TipTopJob. JOB REF: 2201.
The Role
* Lead the development and delivery of business development strategies and initiatives that generate fees and support the firm's growth ambitions.
* Oversee the BD team's work, including proposals, pitches and bids, targeted opportunity generation, client maximisation and market development.
* Support the Marketing team in devising marketing strategies that promote the firm's services, raise profile and build brand awareness.
* Work closely with Marketing Operations leads to ensure effective execution of agreed strategic plans.
* Manage relationships with external partners and freelance specialists, briefing and overseeing delivery as an extension of the internal team.
Skills Required
* Previous experience working at this level within a similar sized or similarly complex organisation.
* Marketing degree or postgraduate marketing qualification following a business or communications degree.
