In a nutshell 🥜
* Be the main point of contact for daily client communications
* Create project budgets and draft scopes of work
* Assign tasks to internal teams and manage project timelines
* Ensure client needs are met while staying on budget
* Use project management tools to monitor hours, plans, and expenditures
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
* Manage and record project expenses
* Arrange global travel and accommodation
* Set up budgets and raise invoices within our project management tool
* Oversee internal resourcing and creative planning
What we’re looking for
* A love of sport!
* 3+ years of proven agency experience in a project management role
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
* Experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Experience working in a creative environment and understanding the creative process
* Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Comfortable working in a small, hands-on team
* Knowledge of social media
* Educated to degree level (Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2 or Agile PM is a bonus)
