The Premises Manager is responsible for the operational management of the campus, leading the site team, and ensuring all services are delivered safely and effectively. Core Responsibilities & Scope Operational Management: Leading the site team, managing daily schedules, key holding, and responding to operational issues across the site. H&S and Compliance: Full responsibility for site security, fire safety, and ensuring all necessary statutory and insurance checks are completed promptly. Maintenance Oversight: Implementing planned and reactive maintenance programmes and supervising external specialist contractors. Compensation & Benefits Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year). Salary Range: Highly competitive salary (ranging from £42,000 - £52,000 per annum).
