As our new Deputy Head Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in creating and recognising these moments, helping children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and a range of additional challenges achieve their own version of success.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working closely with the Head Teacher, you’ll shape the school’s vision and lead the team to deliver outstanding education and support. You’ll build strong relationships, foster a positive learning environment, and ensure every child leaves with pride in what they’ve accomplished.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate leader who brings out the best in people – both staff and students. Someone who believes in the power of education to change lives and is driven by the small wins that make a big difference. You will need:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* At least two years of leadership and management experience
* A passion for improving teaching and learning standards
* An understanding of positive behaviour strategies
* Strong coaching and interpersonal skills to support and develop your team
