Dexters Kitchen is a table service fast food restaurant serving quick, family‑friendly favourites.
Join our Dexters Kitchen team as a Restaurant Manager, where you'll drive guest satisfaction, manage budgets and tackle daily operational challenges to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests. Your leadership will inspire and develop a motivated team while ensuring high standards and financial performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences.
* Manage budgets, monitor performance and implement cost‑control measures.
* Support team development through training and performance management.
* Foster a positive culture that promotes wellbeing, morale and collaboration.

Your working hours
* Full‑time contract, 160 contracted hours per 4‑week period.
* Working straight shifts, fully flexible.
* This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
About You
* Proven leadership experience with strong influencing skills.
* Strong financial skills, including delivery and business planning.
* Good computer literacy and analytical ability.
* Experience in a large organisation with full management responsibility.
* Experienced in training and developing teams to drive performance and growth.
* Motivational, empathetic leadership with a focus on coaching and individuals to be accountable for their own performance.
