Base pay range
Registered Mental Health Nurse (Nights)
Service: Locked Mental Health Rehabilitation Service
Contract: Part-Time, Nights Only - 37.5 Hours per Week
Shift Pattern: TBC - 3 shifts per week inclusive of some weekends
Salary: £38,902.50 per annum (£19.95 per hour, including paid breaks) + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

About The Role
As a Night Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with enduring mental health needs. You’ll be responsible for supporting recovery, promoting independence and ensuring the safety and well-being of the people we support throughout the night. Your duties will include creating care plans, administering medication, monitoring mental and physical health, and responding calmly and effectively to any challenges that arise. You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a supportive and recovery-focused environment.
Our Ideal Night Nurse Will Have
Essential:
* Experience in mental health or rehabilitation settings
* An active NMC registration
* Knowledge of current legislation
* A holistic approach to promoting recovery and independence
Desired:
* Experience in writing care plans and completing risk assessments
* Knowledge of health and safety guidelines
* Medication training
