Job Description

3. Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering calls professionally.
4. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are ready for use.
5. Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
6. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of common areas.
7. Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory levels.
8. Support the facilities team with basic maintenance tasks.
9. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
10. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Temporary Receptionist / Facilities Assistant should have:

11. Previous experience in a receptionist or facilities role, preferably within the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.
12. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
13. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
