Job Description:
As a Property Management Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, responsible for the following:
* Managing the day-to-day operations of UK property rental clients, including but not limited to lease document preparation, hardware repairs, correspondence handling, utility registrations and updates, and addressing routine concerns.
* Maintaining and nurturing strong client relationships, skillfully negotiating to resolve issues, and proactively reducing complaint rates.
* Utilizing English for effective communication with overseas resources to address client needs.
* Handling essential paperwork in daily operations, including bilingual correspondence, English communication, and file management.
* Collaborating with department leaders to accomplish additional tasks as needed.
岗位职责:
1. 英国物业租赁客户的日常运营工作,包括但不限于租期的材料准备、租期的硬件报修、信件收发、水电气等注册更新、日常问题处理等,租赁期后物业检查等:
2. 负责维护良好的客户关系,利用客户协商解决客户的问题,降低投诉率;
3. 使用英语与海外相关资源进行沟通并解决客户问题;
4. 处理日常工作中的文书工作,包括但不限于双语书信往来、英文沟通、文件存档等:
5. 配合部门负责人完成其他工作。
Requirements:
