Local Business Development Manager – AUDI Scotland

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm (42 hours per week)
We are excited to be recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Local Business Development Manager to join our friendly team. Do you have a passion for sales and building strong relationships with both new and existing B2B customers? Lookers are part of the AUDI Fleet and Business Programme. Your role as a Local Business Development Manager involves working with the brand to prospect local businesses in Scotland and surrounding areas, adhering to the specific Fleet & Business Programme requirements. You will serve as a key point of contact, paying close attention to detail to understand B2B customers' needs.
Responsibilities
* Achieving sales growth and increasing revenue by working towards set targets and objectives.
* Managing the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to securing opportunities, negotiating, and closing deals.
* Following sales best practices and reporting on all sales activities as required.
* Maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing B2B customers and effectively selling our premium products.
* Using initiative and proactively suggesting innovative ideas to benefit the team and business.
* Collaborating as part of the Lookers LBDM team, which has representatives for our brands nationally.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, dedication to excellent B2B customer service, and a passion for the motor trade industry. Enthusiasm, drive, and motivation are essential to achieve outstanding results. Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade is preferred but not essential, as we are always looking for new talent to join our team.
You must hold a full UK driving license, as you may be required to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
