Project Manager (People Workstream) Salary negotiable, dependent on experience 1 year FTC Folkestone/London Hybrid Reporting to the Head of People, you will support the delivery of key strategic priorities within a People (HR) Team. This role would suit an experienced Project Manager in the financial services space who is self-starting, proactive, and people-oriented and looking for a new, challenging opportunity. You will ideally have experience leading people or tech workstreams and preferably through change programmes. Day to day, you will apply the best project management methodologies and principles to enable the timely and budget-friendly delivery of work. We work in a hybrid way at Saga, both at home and in the office. The people team are typically in person twice a week, allowing us to collaborate and share success as a business. Project governance including creation and maintenance of the project plan, highlight & progress reporting, risk and issue management Working to a waterfall methodology but having an open mind to bring new ideas and ways of working and being resilient to change The Ideal Candidate The successful Project Manager will have experience managing projects within a people workstream. Whilst experience within Insurance and Financial Services isnt essential, it would be of advantage.
