An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced and business-minded Domiciliary Care Manager to lead and expand a growing service in Manchester, with a specific focus on developing and maintaining private client packages.
This role is ideal for someone who not only understands compliance and quality care delivery but also has a proven track record of growing private domiciliary care services. You’ll have the autonomy to drive the business forward, supported by a forward-thinking senior leadership team.

Oversee all aspects of domiciliary care service delivery across Manchester
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
Focus on building and retaining private client relationships
Develop bespoke care packages and lead on assessments and care planning
Recruit, manage, and inspire a high-performing care team
Promote the service locally and network to expand private referrals
Monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvements✅ Essential Requirements:
Previous experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in domiciliary care
Strong background in growing or maintaining private care clientele
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Solid understanding of CQC frameworks and business development
Excellent communication and leadership skills
