We're looking for a Commercial Manager to identify and develop new markets, sectors and white space opportunities for our software products, primarily PSSUltimate and PSSLive.
This is not a territory-maintenance role.
This is a growth role.
You'll build your own pipeline, win new business, onboard clients and retain full ownership of the accounts you acquire — driving long-term revenue growth.

The Role
You will:
* Identify and develop new verticals, sectors and geographic markets
* Design and run targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads
* Build and manage a strong pipeline within CRM
* Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
* Deliver product demonstrations and commercial proposals
* Negotiate and close deals to achieve agreed revenue targets
* Lead onboarding to ensure successful implementation and early adoption
* Retain commercial ownership of accounts and grow them through upsell and cross-sell
* Conduct structured commercial reviews focused on long-term value
You will build and manage your own order book, with earnings directly linked to revenue created and retained.
What We're Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience (ideally software/SaaS, public sector)
* Experience developing new markets or sectors
* Strong campaign-led lead generation capability
* Skilled in full sales cycle management
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation ability
* Confident managing accounts post-sale with a focus on revenue growth
* Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Account management and onboarding experience is desirable.
