UC CUCM Webex Consultant (12 Months Fixed Term, Full Time)
We’re looking for a highly skilled UC / CUCM / Webex Consultant to lead the end-to-end delivery of Cisco UC solutions (CUCM, Unity, UCCX) and Webex Calling/Devices. You’ll take ownership of discovery, design, migration, and adoption phases, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to quality standards, and within margin targets. This role is pivotal in unlocking Cisco Partner Incentives, coordinating with field teams, and handing over seamlessly to Managed Services.

Up to £45,729 per annum dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead discovery workshops and capture requirements.
* Design and produce HLD/LLD, test plans, rollback strategies, and cutover runbooks.
* Deliver CUCM and Webex projects to scope, schedule, and profitability targets.
* Develop and maintain standardised professional services packs.
* Coordinate BIT/CommsCare for on-site activities and ensure right-first-time cutovers.
* Drive adoption plans and lifecycle reviews (120/90/60 days).
* Prepare complete handover documentation for Managed Services.
* Support presales with Statements of Work, estimates, and Bills of Materials.
* Manage risk, change control, and quality gates throughout delivery.
* Mentor engineers and promote repeatable, high-quality delivery patterns.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience delivering CUCM/Webex projects end-to-end across multi-site environments.
* Strong knowledge of dial plan design, SIP/CUBE integration, and survivability.
* Hands‑on experience with UCCX/IVR flows and adoption programmes.
* Ability to produce rigorous documentation (HLD/LLD, runbooks, as‑builts).
* Cisco Black Belt Collaboration Stage 1–2 within 90 days.
* CCNP Collaboration (or equivalent experience).
* Excellent communication skills and IT literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred
* Industry experience in IT, utilities, or service provision.
* ITIL Foundation certification.
* Exposure to UCCX/CCaaS and Rooms/MTR interoperability.
