Pay Rate Up to £47.50 per hour Location & Working Pattern Basingstoke, Hampshire Hybrid working (office presence required in line with service needs) Full-time locum contract The Role You will lead a multi-disciplinary Family Help Hub, ensuring children and families receive the right support at the right time. Key responsibilities include: Managing and supporting a team delivering early help and targeted interventions Providing oversight of triage, referrals, and case allocation Ensuring high-quality assessments, plans, and safeguarding practice Driving strong multi-agency working across partner organisations Leading on performance, quality assurance, and service improvement Requirements Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration Previous experience as a Team Manager / Assistant Team Manager / Senior Practitioner Strong background within early help, safeguarding, or front door/MASH-style services Experience managing complex cases and risk Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team Why Work with Connect2Socialwork?
