Waste Collection Operative
?? West London & Greater London (Based at UB3 3NB)
?? Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
?? Overtime available on Saturday
About the Role
We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable Waste Collection Operatives to join our team, working across high-density areas in West London and Greater London. This is a practical, hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and delivering an essential service to the community.
What You'll Be Doing
* Completing 20-40 waste collection calls per day
* Tipping euro bins into a dustcart safely and efficiently
* Providing waste services to a range of clients including:
o Care homes
o Nurseries
o Schools
o Other community sites
* Working within small, defined local areas, reducing travel time between stops
Hours & Shifts
* Minimum 8 hours per day
* Total of 40 hours per week
* Monday to Friday only, Saturday overtime available

* A strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to perform manual, physical work
* Good customer service skills when interacting with clients
* Team players who enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
