Your work will help ensure our projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to a high standard. In this role, you will: Support project delivery through contract administration, RFQ/RFT support, and coordination of project documentation. Attend site meetings and conduct on‑site audits to ensure contract requirements are met. Assist with financial processes including progress payment certificates, invoice processing and tracking contract documentation. Maintain contractor records, insurances and retention requirements. Prepare and compile project, departmental and corporate reporting. Provide effective customer service to internal stakeholders, contractors and the community. Contribute to continuous improvement of project administration processes and record keeping. Brings strong administrative skills, ideally within construction, project delivery or a similar environment. Communicates clearly, builds relationships easily and works proactively with multiple stakeholders. Enjoys supporting others to succeed and takes initiative to improve systems and processes.
