Job Description: Marketing & Sales Support, Location: Agrifac UK (Ely)
Role Overview
The Marketing & Sales Support plays a key role in supporting Agrifac and Hardi UK's commercial activities by coordinating marketing initiatives, assisting the sales team, and enhancing customer engagement. The role bridges marketing execution with sales delivery to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer satisfaction within the UK agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
* Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with Agrifac’s and Hardi's brand and business objectives
* Manage and update website content, social media channels, and digital marketing platforms
* Coordinate the creation of marketing materials including brochures, case studies, newsletters, and email campaigns
* Support product launches, demonstrations, and promotional activities
* Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer presentations
* Maintain and update CRM systems with customer data, leads, and opportunities
* Coordinate sales documentation, contracts, and order processing
* Assist with customer enquiries and follow-ups
Events & Exhibitions
* Organise and support participation in agricultural shows, trade fairs, and demonstration events
* Coordinate logistics including equipment, marketing materials, and staff arrangements
* Represent Agrifac professionally at events where required
* Act as a first point of contact for marketing and sales enquiries
* Support customer communications, including campaigns, updates, and feedback collection
* Assist in maintaining strong relationships with dealers, partners, and end-users
* Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the agricultural sector
* Provide insights to support strategic sales and marketing decisions
Key Skills & Experience
* Experience in a marketing, sales support, or administrative role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience within agriculture, machinery, or related industries
* Knowledge of B2B marketing and sales processes
* Experience managing social media and website content (e.g. WordPress)
