What you will do
* Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Court Progression Team, ensuring effective safeguarding practice.
* Manage, supervise, and develop a team of social workers and personal advisors.
* Provide strategic leadership in line with statutory guidance, policy, and council objectives.
* Oversee workload allocation, performance management, and service delivery standards.
* Monitor budgets and ensure efficient use of resources within the team.
