The Role: As the Principal Building Surveyor – Operational Assets & Compliance, you will provide expert technical leadership across property maintenance, compliance and capital works programmes. You will lead on planned maintenance and improvement works, ensure statutory obligations are met, and support the delivery of high‑quality services to residents and stakeholders. You will work collaboratively across teams, oversee budgets, manage contracts and act as a key advisor on building safety, compliance and asset performance, contributing to strategic improvements across the service.
