Key Responsibilities
1. Teach mathematics across KS3 and KS4 with creativity and clarity.
2. Plan and deliver targeted intervention sessions to support learners in building confidence and improving oues.
3. Track progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and ensure consistency across the department.
5. Contribute to the wider life of the school, fostering a culture of care and achievement.
Candidate Requirements
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
7. Strong subject knowledge in mathematics.
8. Experience in delivering interventions or supporting students individually is desirable.
9. Amitment to nurturing students and raising aspirations.
10. Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, student-centred environment.
