Salary: From £56,000 depending on skills and experience What you'll be doing: Establishing delivery plans for the UK Submarine Supply Chain to increase build rate Supporting the management of cost, schedule and technical performance of the teams Producing, coordinating, managing and communicating product data inputs and outputs to senior business forums and supplier reviews Supporting the implementation and governance of Life Cycle Management (LCM), including successful Phase Reviews and Project Performance reviews Assuring the team deliverables are defined the contracts, associated Control Account Plans and Build programmes Your skills and experiences: Essential: Project Management experience within complex projects in multi-disciplinary environments Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. APMQ or Prince2) Ability to resolve and guide others to solve complex project-related issues Desirable: Experience developing business cases Previous experience leading a team of cross-functional Subject Matter Experts (SME's) Benefits: As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts - you may also be eligible for an annual incentive.
