Teaching Assistant (Primary ALN Support) – Neath Port Talbot
Role overview
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with classroom teachers to support pupils with ALN, helping them to thrive both academically and socially. You'll play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment tailored to individual needs.
Requirements
* Has previous experience working with primary-aged children
* Is patient, caring, and able to build positive relationships with children and staff
* Can adapt to a variety of classroom settings and needs
* Is reliable and works well as part of a team
