We are working with Just Employment Law to recruit a Senior LegalAdministrator to join their Glasgow head office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive team, providing high-level administrative support across legal, business development, and leadership functions.
You will play a key role in supporting fee earners and senior stakeholders, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of the business.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide senior administrative and executive support across a range of business areas, working closely with legal teams and senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
Formatting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
Managing diaries and coordinating meetings
Supporting Employment Tribunal processes, including preparing documentation and maintaining files
Handling client correspondence and communications with third parties
Audio typing using digital dictation
Supporting onboarding and maintenance of client accounts
Assisting with business development activity, including proposals and client communications
Supporting marketing initiatives and client engagement activity
Providing executive support to senior leadership, including travel arrangements and scheduling
Supporting office operations, including reception cover and facilities coordination
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a legal administrative or legal secretarial role
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Audio typing experience with good speed and accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills and a professional approach
