About the Role
As Head Dental Nurse, you will take a key leadership position within the clinical team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, high standards of patient care, and full compliance across the practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, support, and mentor the dental nursing team
* Ensure full CQC compliance and adherence to cross‑infection protocols
* Manage rotas, staffing levels, and daily clinical workflowsProvide chairside support across a wide range of treatments
* Oversee stock control and ordering of clinical supplies
* Act as the main point of contact for nursing staff and liaise closely with management
What We're Looking For
* Qualified, GDC‑registered Dental Nurse
* Experience in a senior or lead nursing role (preferred)
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and team‑building abilities
* A proactive, positive, and professional approach
