Are you a strategic bid leader with a passion for public-sector frameworks? Join a high-growth consultancy enabling specialist suppliers to deliver digital, IT, and business services across government. They are scaling toward £50m turnover and looking for a Frameworks Director to lead their next phase of growth.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead the identification and pursuit of new UK public-sector frameworks (CCS, NHS, local government)
* Drive bid strategy and execution, including hands-on writing and delivery
* Build and manage relationships with framework authorities and partners
* Maintain and optimise frameworks post-award to maximise commercial success
* Deploy and grow their associate consultant pool for bid and delivery support
* Advance use of AI-driven content and analytics to sharpen targeting and efficiency
What You Bring:
* Proven success winning UK public-sector frameworks
* Skilled bid writer, manager, and strategic consultant
* Strong understanding of IT and business consultancy
* Confident engaging at senior levels across government and industry
* Broad knowledge of public-sector policies, governance, and emerging AI methods
