Your Responsibilities
* Clinical and Instructional Expertise: Demonstrate your knowledge and skills to guide nursing staff effectively.
* Staff Development: Deliver, coordinate, and evaluate learning activities to meet orientation, regulatory training, and continuing education needs.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the nursing management team to support quality patient care and strategic initiatives.
* Problem Solving: Exhibit creativity and initiative in managing change and overcoming challenges.
* Program Design: Design and implement staff development programs that enhance interpersonal competencies.

Requirements
* Active RN license within the State of practice.
* Associate degree in Nursing required.
* 3-4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical-surgical unit.
* 2-3 years of professional experience as a staff educator in Med/Surg preferred.
* Demonstrated expertise in clinical specialization with exceptional interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
* Professional, collaborative, and innovative, with a hands-on approach to ensure high-quality patient care.
* Experience in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating educational needs for team members.
